A longtime veteran of the education industry, Douglas Min applies his significant strategic thinking and financial expertise to ensure IEC remains fully accredited and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. He has worked hard to develop a streamlined and effective financial services department to better serve students.

Prior to his appointment at IEC in 2002, Min worked for 12 years at ITT Educational Services, Inc. and at Loma Linda University previously. He earned his bachelor of arts in business administration at Loma Linda University, fueling his interest in finance and leading-edge business practices.

During his noteworthy career, Min has been honored with several District Director of Finance of the Year awards as well as a prestigious grant from EdFund Guaranty Agency. He has also served on the advisory boards for a number of lenders and guaranty agencies who valued his sound judgment and perspective.
