After more than two award-winning decades in higher education management and administration, Ginny White is leading our admissions and marketing with specialized expertise and a flair for innovation and high achievement. White built her reputation not only as a top recruiter but also as an outstanding admissions trainer.

Prior to joining IEC, she was the regional vice president of admissions & marketing for Kaplan Higher Education Corporation for 10 years and corporate vice president of admissions and marketing for four years at American Career College. Her focus and drive contributed to her success early in her career at National Education Corporation where she was an annual recipient of the President’s High Achievers Club. She began her career at Jet Management Corporation as director of admissions and national trainer.

White laid the groundwork for her decorated career in recruitment and development at Pepperdine University in Malibu, where she earned her bachelor of science degree. She has carried integrity and a drive for quality throughout her career and has infused this ethic into the IEC culture.
