Bringing with her high-level experience from some of today’s top financial institutions, Janis Paulson is on a mission to increase overall value at IEC and ensure the organization remains a solid, respected entity in the industry.

She has served as CFO at American Career College and COO at Quickstart Intelligence, as well as vice president of finance and director of taxation at Fidelity National Financial.

After earning her bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Iowa, Paulson launched her career in finance as a tax consultant at Ernst & Young, where she gained valuable experience and training from one of the nation’s top financial institutions.
